Ingredients
- 1 large Onions
- 2 whole green peppers
- 2 large tomato
- 1/2 lbs broccoli
- 1/2 lbs cauliflower
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (haldi)
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon vinegar, white
- 2 tablespoon tomato puree
Instructions
- Chop onion; cut green peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, and cauliflower into 1 in. cubes.
- Melt butter and saut‚ onion.
- Add all the remaining vegetables and stir-fry for about 5 minutes over medium heat. A
- dd the spices and vinegar.
- Stir in the tomato puree, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and fresh-ground pepper.
Serves: 6 people.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes.
